Ingredients:
1 medium pineapple
2 cups cilantro, with stems
1 lemon or lime
1-inch piece fresh ginger
4 kale leaves (optional)
Directions:
Cut the pineapple to fit through your juicer. Juice the ingredients one at a time. Run 1/2 cup water through the juicer at the end and add it to everything else.
Drink right away or store in an airtight container in the fridge for a couple hours.
If you don’t have a juicer, you can blend in a high-power blender (like this one) and then strain through a mesh strainer. Be sure to peel the ingredients if using this method.
