Recipe:
1/4 c fresh squeezed organic lemon juice
1 oz warm distilled water
1 Tbsp fresh garlic
1 Tbsp fresh ginger
1 Tsp - 1 Tbsp local honey (to taste)
Blend well, take 1-2 Tbsp every 1-2 hours, keep refrigerated. Great for kids and adults!
