Binder Baths

(aka Dirt Baths)

This recipe combines immune-supporting compounds and binders to compliment health practices for adults and children alike!

Adults:

Combine into bath water:

  • 2-3 cups of baking soda

  • 1/2 tablespoon of pure vitamin C powder

  • Binder (Carboxy, Biotoxin Binder, or HM-ET Binder) enough to make the water to be “dark brown espresso” in color, add slowly.

Instruction

  • Soak in the water as hot as tolerated (without burning) for up to 20 minutes

  • Hydrate with coconut water/minerals/electrolytes during or after

Children:

Combine into bath water:

  • 1-2 cups of baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon of pure vitamin C powder

  • Binder (Carboxy, Biotoxin Binder, or HM-ET Binder) enough to make the water to be “light brown espresso” in color, add slowly.

Instruction:

  • Soak in warm (not hot) water for up to 20 minutes

  • Hydrate with coconut water/minerals/electrolytes during or after
