Adrenal Cocktail

Utilize this mocktail to help support the adrenal glands, combat fatigue, and balance key energy-producing nutrients in the body’s metabolic cycle.

Combine:

  • 1/4 cup Orange juice (no added sugar)

  • 1/4 cup Coconut water (no added sugar)

  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar (for added potassium)

  • (You may also choose to add 1-2 Tbsp coconut cream from a can if blood sugar balance is an issue for you)

Mix well and drink 1-2 times/day. A good time tends to be around the times of energy dips, like mid-morning or mid-afternoon (when you may find yourself reaching for another cup of coffee or a snack).

An adrenal cocktail may be helpful to you if you experience…

  • Fatigue (especially around 10 am or 2 pm)

  • Low blood pressure

  • Low blood sugar

  • Frequent salt cravings

  • Adrenal “burnout” or fatigue

  • Muscle and/or abdominal cramping
